How to log your training and use the app

Getting in

Go to ccxc.club and tap Athlete Login. Sign in with your email or Google account. The first time, a coach may need to approve you before you can start logging.

Logging a run

Open the Log tab and make sure the toggle at the top is set to Run.

1
Distance — type the number of miles directly, or use the + / − buttons to nudge it.
2
Date — defaults to today. Use the arrows to log a run from an earlier day.
3
Time — enter your total time (mm:ss). Your average pace fills in automatically.
4
Workout type — pick from the list your coach set up (Easy, Tempo, Long, Intervals, etc.).
5
Effort (RPE) — tap how hard it felt, 1 (easy) to 10 (all-out). Be honest — it helps your coach.
6
Notes — how you felt, aches, the weather, anything. Your coach reads these.
7
Tap Save to log. Done!
🏃 Two-a-day? After saving, tap + New under "Entries this day" to add a second run on the same date.

Logging cross-training

On the Log tab, flip the toggle to Cross-train.

  1. Minutes — how long you went.
  2. Type — Bike, Elliptical, Swimming, Aqua Jogging, or Other.
  3. Effort (RPE) and optional notes, then Save.
💪 Cross-training is tracked in minutes and never counts as running miles — so log it freely. Your coach sees it separately.

Your stats

The Stats tab shows your week (miles toward your goal, average effort) and the full 24-week training block as a heat-map:

The leaderboard

The Board tab ranks the team. Switch between This Week / Season, Combined / Running / X-Training, and filter by All / Boys / Girls. Hit a Mile Club (100, 200 … all the way to 1,000) and its badge lights up.

Talking with your coach

Coaches can comment on any workout. When you have a new comment you'll see a red badge on the Log tab and a dot on that run. Open the run, scroll to Coach conversation, and read or reply right there.

Your profile

On the Me tab you can set your name and photo, choose your team (Boys/Girls) so you show up in the right standings, and send feedback straight to the coaching staff.
